But you'd better not skip the meals, for the simple reason that they provide you with necessary energy.
At last, an optimistic attitude and a regular or healthy lifestyle make you continue the plan smoothly. As is shown in a survey, the poor sleep becomes one of the strong factors of weight gain and obesity. When you keep doing exercise, the abundant sleep can also product much energy which helps you work out tomorrow. And the sleep is just a part of the regular lifestyle. The optimistic attitude makes you lose weight with ease and raise your efficiency as well. If you carry out your plan under a cloud of negative thinking, you will find that losing weight becomes harder. With optimistic thinking, preparing healthy food and doing sports will be a joy, not a chore.
